Until I had scrolled down to read the text under the picture, I was wondering what editing tools you had been using... Never heard of a hairless chimp! ;)

ReplyDeleteDawn Treader...no editing here! The chimp lived into his 40's and sadly died last year. He had an autoimmune deficiency that left him hairless.

Man! What a picture!!! The expression in his face is both fascinating and unnervinig (sp?)

I think what was most interesting to me on this photo is the musculature. I had always heard that chimps are unbelievably strong but they always looked so cute with their fuzzy hair. Without the hair..you can clearly see the strength in those arms and legs.
