My name is Jeannine, and J9 is my nickname. I live in California, USA and have for my entire life.
I have been photographing the people an places around me since the age of 10. I still enjoy what I do, and have very willing subjects in my pets and children. I am always looking for ways to improve my photography and editing skills, and see what other people are working on. I have been following this blog for a couple of weeks and am envious of the extremely high quality of work here. I promise to try to live up to it!

Thank you for the welcomes, and I shot this photo of myself yesterday, as there are not too many shots of me in the past 2 decades, and none that I was happy with.
