First time I saw The Birds (the Hitchcock movie) is one of those memories that will probably stick forever. It was at the cinema with two girlfriends. We were 15, 16, something... and the three of us got into a giggle attack right in one of the most ominous scenes, where people are trapped inside a building just sitting silently waiting for the next attack... One of my friends whispered: "Why are they just sitting there? Why don't they play a game of ludo or something?"... It set us off...
Since then, I never managed to get into a really scary mode when watching that film...
5 shared some appreciation:
Great shot...I had to study to see if it was time for birds or leaves to go.
This is wonderful - thought it was snowflakes at first...!
You've just reminded me of something that I want to share today!
This is neat...I could connect the birds to make a picture :)
Dawn Treader...Reminds me of Alfred Hitchcock (spelling?). Ominous feeling about this photo.
