The City

Not all areas of Seoul look as nice as Bundang, a newly built city on the outskirts of Seoul, where all of the rich Koreans are currently flocking.

More commonly the cities in Korea look like this...
My friends are being "crazy" in this pic to indicate that we found a barber shop with THREE poles.  This has significance in Korea.  Basically, it's not just a barber shop...they offer more "services" than cutting hair. Generally two poles signify this "specialty" but THREE, well that has to be even MORE special...

Love the first shoop but I'm left wondering what 'extra' services the barbers might offer....

Its the women in the shop who perform the extra services if you get my meaning. Extra "special" massages in other places as well as the head. Don't know why they've coupled it with hair cuts, but thats Korea...

Great narration and shots, Vanessa. I've been trying to find something about three poles on the internet, but can't find anything.

oh, my, thanks for the info! Love the night shot! I definitely couldn't live in that area, not being rich.
